Great spot to drop in for a coffee and cake or lunch. Awesome little selection of delicious cakes, slices, muffins etc. Best burgers around. Friendly, cheery staff. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.Located off the main street with a parking area at the back, so plenty of room to park for larger vehicles or when towing a van.

Visited Yaama Cafe for breakfast last week when visiting Coonabarabran from Sydney. The service was first rate and the food we ordered for breakfast was very nice. The stand out dish were the pancakes, which I'm super glad I ordered (occasional guilty breakfast treat), as they were without doubt the best I have ever had. So light & fluffy plus smothered in maple syrup just as they should be. Just wow!The only suggestion from the group would be for the chef to check out Bill Grangers scrambled egg method with cream, just to take the breakfast up a notch. We would definitely recommend Yaama for breakfast.

Excellent food and kind service. Burger with the lot was huge and chips were some of the best I've ever had. Dessert also wonderful. Superb fuel for exploring the Warrumbungles.

High quality, local ingredients. Made well. Had the kangaroo meatballs and my mate had the fish and chips with salad. Both were on point. Interesting soft drink selection including options with native botanicals. They were even kind enough to let us dry our tent outside in the sun. Really good experience - thanks!

Yaama cafe
The worst coffee I have ever had literally, took one mouthful and topped it out. And waited too long, over 40 minutes. No one seem to know what they were doing a total waste of time and money. All the positive reviews are a load of rubbish

As someone who struggles to find gluten free food anywhere while travelling I was absolutely over the moon. I have never consumed pancakes so fast in my life, best pancakes ever and that's coming from someone who lives in Brisbane QLD. Coffee was also amazing, the butterscotch syrup was to die for.
