Dangerfield - Geelong

Shopped in there 2 weeks ago on a Friday night.My daughter snd I were there for an outfit to wear.The two girls sat snd ate behind the counter while we shopped and I even made it pretty clear that a different size was needed and neither offered help.My daughter tried several outfits on and nooneassisted until I literally approached them.They spoke to us after realising what amount were were spending..Such a terrible experience and customer service!

Not only are the clothes so cute, but the people in the Geelong store I went to yesterday were so kind and welcoming and helped me so much when I came in with little to no idea of what I was looking for. They were so so amazing and I felt so comfortable which is something that’s incredibly new for me in clothing stores. I have never had a better experience.

the staff are always incredibly lovely and helpful whenever i go in. the young girl emaleigh has helped me the last few times (today included) and she has been absolutely brilliant every-time < 3

One of my favorite stores to check out actual clothes because I buy online as the discounts are usually bigger. Who doesn't love sale price clothes! Staff are friendly and always asking if you need a hand. It is a bit small and can feel like their breathing down your neck a bit which is uncomfortable but at least they are nice.

I’ve always loved the brand, but the team at Dangerfield Geelong take the experience to a whole new level.They’re helpful, offer constructive feedback & will (kindly) tell you if they think another piece might suit you better.They’ve made my day better many times over.Can’t wait to see the expanded store coming soon.

Went in to by the wife a Christmas present this morning and sent 15 minutes walking around and looking. The girl behind the counter seemed to be glued there and didn’t move when I asked for help it seemed too much trouble for her so I left. Never to go back rather spend money and a shop where people care

Best customer service in Geelong hands down!!! All the staff were so helpful, kind and their energy is contagious so that's where they get 5 stars. The store itself is a tad claustrophobic unfortunately which makes it very overwhelming and difficult to look through. The change rooms don't provide the most flattering lighting and are again claustrophobic. Although all items are amazing it either needs half the amount of product or the store needs to be double the size to make it a more pleasant shopping experience. Still doesn't take away any stars though as the customer service outshines the surroundings.

One of my friends introduced me to this place and I'm glad they did. This has so many unique items of clothing so you can mix and match to your heart's content. Really good quality and the staff are one of the most friendly bunch of people I have ever met. Keep up the amazing work! ❤
