We had a problem with our trailer connector and we struggled to get an auto electrician between Perth and Jurien Bay. We called ahead to ask if it was possible for them to have a look and they said yes. Upon arrival the guys initially had a look and said they could help us out. What an outstanding business this is. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jurien Tyre and Auto. First class service and fantastic attitude. Well done everyone from the front desk through to the workshop.

I needed help filling my oil and I stupidly did it all wrong by myself. A lovely man at Jurien Tyre & Auto helped me fix it all up for no cost and he was so kind and helpful! I really appreciate it!!!!

Did not replace what they charged me for. Did more damage than they fixed. Two months later car not usable Jurien tyre and auto couldn't care less.I’m just warning other people, you had no interest discussing this issues when I picked up the car. I called two days later to hopefully resolve the issue and was told you would call back. I had no other option but to contact ombudsman now the matter is with them.

Great service and prompt BUT beware of hidden costs. Quote 720 charged 920. Charged for fitment, balancing and disposal on top of quoted supply and fit. Not happy ! Reply to owner, not complaining about service or work carried out. When I asked for a price I asked for 2 new tyres fitted. When charging me I was charged considerably more. Just quote properly and not add on after fitting and there would not be a problem. Again great service !

Great service! We were heading North on a road trip and our fuel filter light came on. Popped in to see these guys.Not only did they have the part, but professionally fitted it as well for us. We were back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Very well priced and would definately recommend.

Very disappointed by this mechanic, I sent 3 emails, came see the mechanic guy for plan all the repairs then call 2 times for have an appointment, a girl reply that she booked me Monday morning, finally when I came they don't have a booking at my name so they don't have time for look my car, I was on town only for the day so I can't come back. So much time loose with them and my car isn't repair before my trip. I don't recommend

Second time i have dropped my non running car off to the crew at jurien tyre and auto. Both times they have taken on the job without any hesitation and got me back on the road for a very fair price! Would recommend to anyone!

On the way up north for a holiday and found we had a faulty locking hub. The crew at Jurien Tyre and Auto quickly diagnosed the issue and had a replacement part ordered and in store by the next morning (which was amazing as we drive a 94 Jackaroo). Such a life saver. Back on the road now, thanks guys!

Had a battery fitted to a JDM car I own which unfortunately caused an electronic problem which none of us could have predicted. The boys at the workshop rectified it quickly with the right equipment and I learnt something new about the car. The price was very good too. Well done JTA
