Julia has such an eye for detail, she takes the time to get to know you and the vibe you want to create and she truely goes above and beyond to make it happen, whilst working within your budget. We had 3 different wedding dates due to covid and Julia was so responsive, calming and reassuring every time I called her in a panic needing to change dates. She made our restricted wedding feel super special and gave us the vintage/boho vibe we dreamed of. 11/10 recommend!!

I recently had my wedding at Tocal Homestead in the Hunter Valley. From start to finish, Julia was exceptional. The wedding décor is beautiful, tasteful and added amazing character to our perfect day. I quickly lost count of how many guests complemented the furniture and decorations and congratulated us on what a great job we had done. Truly though, I don’t feel like I can take much credit. From the first time I contacted her, Julia went above and beyond to help my partner and I bring our wedding to life in the way that we wanted. Not only was the selection process very easy going, I cannot overstate how great she was on the day of the wedding. Her meticulous attention to detail speaks for itself. The groundskeeper of Tocal is commendably protective of his lawn and thus has very specific rules around how and when décor can be set up. Julia coordinated with the wedding organiser, groundskeeper & musicians to ensure everyone was happy and even took pictures of our desired set up so that the rugs were laid out down the aisle as my wife wanted. She handled all of the set up and ensured we had nothing to worry about on the day of the wedding. I can’t recommend Vintage Peacock highly enough, it was a pleasure from beginning to end.

I honestly could not have been more impressed with how seamlessly everything went to plan and how flexible Julia was with the notoriously tight time restrictions the venue had. My husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger, and we had the most magical set up both up under the fig trees, and down by the reception area, I’m not really sure how she managed it on her own to be honest, she added a bunch of little extra touches without me even asking which made everything come together so perfectly.Julia is an incredible woman. We hired chairs, wine barrels and an easel and they were all delivered on time, were in excellent condition and Julia was even happy to get in and out of our venue on her own so we didn’t have to worry about it the day after our wedding.
