Special thanks to staff for their help with a lock - I needed to secure my deceased father’s shed and the old lock was broken. I had no tools and was pressed for time. Great service and great range of products. Thank you.

Don't waste your time in this store.people who work there are so far up them selfs, rude to your face and think there high and mighty.If your gona be rude to me I'll be rude back and happy to take my money eles where.

Poor quality and over priced.Staff need to be retrained in manners and product knowledge, I asked the question what fasteners do I need to screw kitchen cabinets to a wall with steel studs" his answer was" haven't got a clue" and then proceeded to moan when another customer asked for help.Would rather travel to bunnings even though it's over 1.5 hrs away"
