Excellent builder and great knowledge, highly recommend. We have built with Guy and Chris twice now, first was a major two storey addition to the back of our house plus oversize garage (total build ~150-200sqm) which included excavation on sloping site.Second was a complete 350sqm Architecural newbuild. Both builds had complex elements and Guy navigated us around many tricky situations and impracticality/ambiguities in the plans that we had developed externally.

G&C Building (Guy and Chris) are simply great to deal with and I happily recommend them to you. They completed a relatively small job for us (internal creation of a bedroom and reconfiguration of front). Small by their standards, but it was a big deal for us. Even though it was a small job, it never felt that way. We received the level of attention and service that you might expect if we were building a whole house with them. Both Guy and Chris communicate clearly and promptly, they do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and the trades they used on our worksite did excellent work and were very respectful of their surroundings. Nothing was a problem, there were always solutions, and everything went according to plan, timeline and budget. No unexpected anything. I hope one day to do a whole home build with them! :-)
