Stay away ..good at taking ur money amd but it comes down to repairs there a bunch of flops !! That’s why they got woman Working behind the counter !! Bought a new machine and after using it 3 times the motor seized amd they tried to tell me it’s my fault because I didn’t clean the filter !! Really !! So next step now is fair trading amd then never going there again !! They never answer the phone so u have to go in personally ! Once my issue is resolved by fair trading never going there again !!

Terrible experience there, bad attitude, worst customer service at its finest. Lies all through the service, don’t respect being told it would take two weeks, then not having the mower back even six weeks later. If it’s going to take time say so and if something has a longer lead time than expected, you keep your customer updated because they have agreed to a different time frame. If they are not happy with that time frame they should be able to refuse it. It’s just promises they can’t keep. The worst new owners, go at your own peril.

Great service 4 years when I last rated them but not now (March 2023) A few months ago I went in for assistance to undo a bolt on my hedger. Was told I had to leave it there.... a 2 minute job!Today went in for a service and was told it would take 5 - 6 weeks. Went somewhere else who can have it ready by tomorrow.It's sad to say but Mighty Mowers's & Chainsaws has lost a 10 year customer.

Fairly priced repair, good service. But please fix your phone line.

Never go there again. i brought my victa linetrimmer for repair, was told would be about one to one and a half weeks. Three weeks later still had not been look at not even a phone call. Stay away

Last week I had a terrible experience with Jim. I simply needed a part for a ride on mower, he had the part and I needed to buy the part, however, the bearing needed to be pressed out of my existing part to be replaced into the new part, this is a total of 10min (if that!) it could of been done with a hammer which I didn't have. Jim told me he was too busy, I pleaded with him as I travelled more than 50km's to his store. I was never rude or swore at him. Jim just simply refused to do it. (an arrogant person who likes to say NO" to the public to empower himself) Jim told me to come back some time next week. I got frustrated as he wanted to be pathetic and rude. I grabbed my broken part

Took my Victa Lawn Mower is to change the rear axel.And thought I would give it a minor Service.Got it back, and hasn't been running right since. Don't know what they did.

They tryed to find my part but didn't have it but they did all the serching they cauld.happy with the service ;)

Never go there again. The new management has a bad attitude to customers. After 2 weeks I tried ringing the shop and for 2 days no one answered the phone so I went to the shop to enquire about the progress of the repair . The new owner will not answer the phone because they are to busy and you should not expect them to. I was told to take my mower else where which I did and had it fixed in 2 hours.
