Jackson Volkswagen Launceston

I had a problem with my Volkswagen Amarok and I took it into Jackson Motors Volkswagen in Launceston. I was concerned about what was wrong and how long it would take to fix it as we were due to catch the Spirit of Tasmania to the mainland in 2 days. Jacksons were fully booked for a few days but when I explained the situation they went all out had the issue fixed the next day. This certainly took the pressure off of us as if we missed our ferry sailing it would have been at least a month before we would get on another sailing. The crew at Jacksons were very helpful professional and efficient. Thank you very much.

We recently bought a second hand Tiguan from a private seller in Sydney prior to undertaking a mammoth road trip to Tasmania. A week into our trip and the Tiguan informed us that a service was due in the next 1,500kms. Getting the scheduled service done was going to be tricky as we were off the grid for a lot of the time and only staying one or two days in each location. We were however going to be in Launceston for five days for our son’s wedding. So with fingers crossed I Googled VW Service in Launceston and up popped Jackson Volkswagen. Things couldn’t have worked out better. While we were on a tight timetable they, thankfully, managed to squeeze us in, apologising for not being able to offers us a courtesy car due to the short notice. (They did offer to drive us back to our accommodation. The service was carried on schedule and our new(second hand) purchase was given a clean bill of health, which was reassuring. They even cleaned the car(which was very dusty and dirty due to our off-road adventures). I’d we’re ever in Tassie again and in need of a service we’d certainly be coming back to Jackson Volkswagen

I broke the petrol cap door off my Polo and Jackson Volkswagen, South Launceston were friendly efficiency itself in putting it to rights, even to the complimentary car wash at the end. I recommend them and cannot speak highly enough of their service.

Bought a late model T Cross demo in December 2021from Jacksons and booked it in for first service in Feb. Friendly greeting from Ashlee? immediately as I drove in, everything was organised, including a loaner, in minutes. Got a text later that day saying the car was ready. When I picked it up the male service advisor (can’t remember his name) was a little concerned about the front electric windows and suggested I book it in again to get them checked which I did. Again upon arrival immediately greeted, loaner organised again and I was on my way in minutes. Got a call at lunch time to say the car was ready. All repairs done under warranty, windows are perfect and I got another block of beautiful chocolate! Friendly, efficient and thoughtful. Plus a spotlessly clean workshop. Very, very impressive and can’t recommend highly enough. Won’t be tempted to take my car anywhere else now.

They were professional, friendly, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We are absolutely delighted with our new car. I recommend Jackson Volkswagen Launceston most highly and would readily buy from them again in the future.

I cannot fault my experience ! Due to unforeseen circumstances i was in need of a new car quite quickly, the team looked after me and made the process so easy and stress free. Great service, had a car problem whilst driving down from NSW to Tas and they were able to fit me in and locate the broken part at really late notice before we headed back on a 1000km drive. Sebastian had exeptional customer service and made the entire experience 5 stars, thank you.

Had my T-Roc first service last week and very impressed with the service from start to finish. Closed my garage door on the car (oops) and was expecting a huge bill for new wiper but it was very reasonable and new wiper blade being done soon. Car looked like new, never had one cleaned so thoroughly at a service. Would attach photo but don’t want to get it wet!

A+ customer service from Aimee and Rhiannon and the service team. I had to deal with some issues while I was interstate and I was very happy with the whole experience and outcome of the services that I received.
