Wait time was absolutely appalling, the rude lady’s that work there have the worst costumer service I have seen. They continued to ignore and be disrespectful. And in the end they confused it up and we had to leave because they were closing. Didn’t get anything we needed done

All staffs are so helpful and friendly. I am very impressed the way they handle the amount of customers. bless them all.

5 times my daughter and I have tried to obtain get learners permit. Last visit the computer was down. Went again today and her bank statement which had previously been sighted and accepted was 3 days out of date. Already supplied passport, birth certificate. Now we must return again. Unbelievable for a 16 year olds L plates.

Poor service and disinterested, unhelpful staff who seem to be more interested in their own paperwork/computer screens than providing adequate customer service. Always need to queue for excessive length of time.

Great location for drivers licence and passport renewal, posting letters, buying gifts to.

Went to the post office today for help with a specific form, Aus post charges $30 for the privilege. So apparently only 1 person can do this specific form, I was told she was on lunch break and to come back at 12:30, fair enough. 12:45 I go back only to be told that the lady is on the licensing counter and to come back at 14:30....... I told them I was told to come back at 12:30, to which my reply was sorry. Here is an option, pull the lady off that counter and sort me out and whilst that happens replace her for the 15 mins it takes.What sort of ____ business are you running? useless

Express post an item from Perth took 3 days to arrive. Don’t know why you would pay extra for express.

Post office always has a ridiculous wait time. Needs to be upgraded.

An Express Post Bag was delivered to the Busselton Post Office, when my customer went into collect it with her ID she found that the post office had already given it to someone else ! My local post office, as part of their professional service, ask for signatures when collecting any type of parcels, regardless if a signature is required or not. Maybe the Busselton PO should adopt this back up procedure, as their checking of customers ID to the parcel addressee is obviously not working !

I can’t speak for the post office end of things, but the ladies on the Department of Transportation side are angels! I had received incorrect information from an outside source that lead me down a long, frustrating path. Natasha, Rebecca, and Tori very kindly, patiently, and professionally dealt with my misguided application, cancellation of said application after it had been approved, and the reinstating of the approved application. My circumstance was, no doubt, trying for them, and I cannot put into words how much I appreciated their help!As an aside, I saw the staff sanitizing, and their signage and tape markings are clear and concise. I think they are handling the Covid-19 distancing and cleaning recommendations exceptionally.
