Forty Winks Warrawong

Nice store, good time between walking in and asking if I needed help. But when searching for a mattress I had a budget being just after Christmas. I had my eye on a particular mattress. Below $1,000 I was shown this mattress and then was pointed out the flaws with said mattress including it doesnt have edge control. And was shown mattresses in the $2,500 - 3,500 range cause Im going to need this edge control. I left that store, they lost a sale!! I was after a mattess THAT DAY. I wasn't a looker and not a buyer. Got a mattress elsewhere in a price range I wanted. You lost a sale to Harvey Norman and the mattress is on the bed.

BUYER BEWARE!I have had nothing but trouble with Forty Winks Warrawong the past 18 months. During this period I have had 2 mattresses. All products have been faulty and full of defects. The quality in FORTY WINKS mattress's is non existent.I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. Please buy at your own risk.

Great experience buying my son’s bed and mattress from Stuart and the team at Forty Winks warrawong. Great price, great help with picking a mattress and great delivery service. Won’t go anywhere else now. When compared to the service received from a well known local competitor there is no comparison. Very happy.

Picked up a new King Mattress and base from Stuart and the team last week. What brilliant service. Stuart listened to all our needs. We were able to try all beds that were recommended and after the first night we new it was the best choice.We couldn’t recommend Stuart and the team highly enough. My bed got delivered today, ordered 2 days ago. The staff in-store were great I dealt with Helena, Blake & Jackson all fantastic. The delivery guys Lee, Les & Will were on time, quick, efficient and polite. Great service all round, well done. Will recommend Forty Winks Warrawong. Thank you

Received my new bed today. The team at Warrawong are AWESOME. From sales to delivery team 150% effort. Can't find any better service or product knowledge anywhere. Looked at a few places before 40 winks warrawong and found not much help from any of them.The warrawong team treated me like a member of the family. Awesome. Would give a 50 star rating if it was available

These guys were great! we purchased a mattress that was too hard (which was against the sales agents advice, so our fault) and after 2 weeks of little sleep and a cranky wife they kindly worked in with us to replace it. We're happy with the new mattress and thankful for the after sales support.

Purchased our queen sized bed frame end of may for a great price of $700, paid the whole amount and was told we could pick up the bed in 2 weeks. I rang them just over 2 weeks later to see if the frame was ready and was told it wasn't so I waited for them to contact me. Few days/week later the manager calls and says the bed frame has arrived in Australia but will be in quarantine for 1 month and I wouldnt receive the frame until mid july. I was so confused and hung up the phone, I rang back and a man answered told him the story and that I was never told the bed was coming from china or that it would need to be quarantined and he agreed i should have been told, he offered to see if any other shop had the bed frame in stock. He rang back not long after and said that no where had the bed in stock so I asked could I take the floor stock instead.. he had to ask the manager permission which was fine. The manager rang back and told me I wouldn't see the bed until the end of july and by this point I was just getting super frustrated and felt like I was being told different answers each call, when I explained to her I was never told any of this when purchasing the bed and i wouldn't have purchased it had i known it would be quarantined she simply laughed and answered back welcome to the world of corona virus" and also i should have known the bed wasn't made in Australia because "it was only $700"Beyond disappointed with her attitude. I got the floor stock in the end with no discount.However when picking up the frame the staff were really lovely and helpful
