If I could give zero stars, I would. Drove up the price on the day of the clean from $300 to $940 for a tiny 2 bedroom apartment. You’re basically paying $300 for a Bond clean that doesn’t include any of the clean because everything is “extra”. The lady on the phone was unprofessional, rude and made threats over questions about what was included in the clean. Would NOT recommend

Unbelievable. I have had many bond cleans before & never ever had an experience like this.We received a flyer in our letter box and decided to book our bond clean.I arrived to the house at 7am to meet the cleaners after being quoted approximately $550. They spent 45 minutes walking around taking multiple photo, and writing down notes with a pad & pen while I stood and waited to be quoted. Then quoted me $780! For a 3 bedroom apartment with NO carpet cleaning, NO wall cleaning and NO outdoor cleaning.We had been in the unit 12 months, and had a weekly cleaner, so the unit was not left in a bad condition.We ended up hiring a fabulous cleaner for $500 who did a perfect job.Do NOT book this company. They turn up & quote a ridiculous price just hoping you’re desperate enough, and not left with enough time to book something else, and forced to accept it.

Similar experience to some of the previous comments. ONLY book this company for a quote (i.e. book them for a job but only consider their first visit as a quote and make sure no cancellation fee stated in writing) as they will quote ~$400 + ~$200 (2 bed, 2 bath, furnished) over phone and then add on many extra charges: ~$200 walls; ~$100 if the white goods need cleaning; ~$50 soap scum" on shower screen

Lack of transparency on pricing and time it would take to clean. I paid more than double what they quoted and almost the price of my bond. Agree with other posts that there are some consumer law issues

Very reliable service. The carpet cleaner arrived on time and got straight into it. He was very thorough and had good cleaning products, no harsh chemicals. He gave me a good price for a one bedroom apartment. The carpet was spotless when he was finished and he warned me not to walk on it until it was dry. I would definitely use Oh My Cleaning again. Very happy!

Poor quality job and misleading information.Was initially quote one price and then the price doubled upon inspection. They pointed out minor issues that they were going to charge more for, when its their job to clean the place for the price quoted. The expected the place to be clean before they cleaned it. Yet its their job to clean it. After they quoted the price they gave me the option to decide or not, however at that point the place needed cleaning and I had no option. Plus they didnt clean to standard and the agent was not happy with their work.Would not recommend. Go for a company that is more honest from the start.

I must be honest and I do think this is robbery and potentially has consumer law issues.I have a 2-bed apartment. I am excepetionally clean and was charged 1200 for the exit clean job that took a few hours.I do think others would clean the place just as good (as I've experienced in the past in more expensive cities with similar sized apartments) at half the cost.Also for me I was quoted 400-650 approx two weeks prior which was then increased to 1200 when they arrived. It was the day before I was moving out (they were supposed to come a week earlier to quote but didn't) so I had no option but to go with the price.My apartment office said they'd prefer/recommend this supplier also and i didn't have the ability really to shop around as didn't want hassle, for them to disagree with the cleaning level and i needed my bond back.It feel it was very unfair and I had no options.It is far too over priced to pay 1200 for a tidy 2-bed apartment.I fully support family owned businesses but this is quite unfair and unreasonable.

So, i'll start off by saying that Oh My Cleaning was not the cheapest bond cleaners around or cheapest quotes that I got. However... I guess you get what you paid for. Jimmy was on time, and was great at communicating and was upfront with all the pricing for my bond clean.Everything was cleaned immaculately, and I was very happy with the service that I received. My real estate has their own preferred cleaners, and were initially worried as she's had some dodgy bond cleans done in the past.However when doing the exit report she was shocked and very impressed with how clean the place was and was on par with their current provider. I've used a few other bond cleaning companies in the past, but this is the first time I've not had to get the cleaners to come back after work was not done to an appropriate standard.In short, not the cheapest out there but if you want the job done properly without the stress I would highly recommend Jimmy and the team at Oh My Cleaning! Just wish I knew about them for my last few moves.

The real estate agent recommended as preferred supplier for bond clean. The booking confirmation was difficult and unnecessarily confusing. The prices quoted on their website are a joke and the clean turned out to outrageously overpriced at $1300 for a 85m2 apartment that was professionally cleaned weekly! They didn't advise of this until they were at the apartment and I had no time to organise an alternative cleaner.The real estate agent had a grocery list of cleaning issues that required organising them to reattend to fix - it was like the cleaning hadn't been done at all.

We paid for a full exit clean of our furnished 2 bedroom unit. The price on the day of was way higher than advertised. I’m fine with paying more for high quality service, but they left some of the inventory dirty and we were charged for it. This is unacceptable when we paid for these items to be cleaned. I understand mistakes can happen, but this company refused to acknowledge or rectify the situation once I reached out. Due to the high cost and lack of customer service, I do not recommend this company.
