Julie the receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Good doctors but the whole medical centre is let down by the terrible manners at the front desk.

I had to wait for more than 1 hour to get in my appointment even I had made a booking. I asked the receptionist but the answer was just like “you have to wait”.

I have been seeing Dr Tran Le for nearly a year now, she is a great doctor. The most caring, attentive and personable doctor I’ve ever had. You can see that she spends quality time to build a healthy relationship with all her patients which is super comforting to know. She actually listens and cares about my concerns. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Oh my god I cannot believe the conversation I’ve just had with reception. If you book a Telehealth please be advised, as I was just advised after sitting on hold for over 20 minutes to get through to reception, “oh no, the time you book online is not when the doctor will call”. Apparently he will call anytime, even possibly after 5pm. And yes, we’re one of 10 telehealth booked in today but no, he hasn’t called any of them yet.We will see if he calls at all! What horrible service.

The worst procedures ever I have seen in Australia. Even a 3rd world country like Sri Lanka has better process than this medical centre has.

Why does it take longer than 20 minutes every time when I call? Sometimes it even goes up to 30 minutes which is insane for a medical clinic. It’s like reception purposely don’t pick up.. Save yourself from calling them. Book online or go in person and save your precious time.

Worse place ever! If I could give them less than one star I would. I admit I arrived 5 minutes late (had a meeting with a Priest) and the receptionist was extremely rude about this. The doctor also left. They are never on time and the one time I arrive 5 minutes late the doctor leaves. I drove all the way from the North side to see them too. Extremely rude staff. I saw another doctor since I was there. He didn't listen to me at all and suggested I go to emergency at the hospital. Useless staff! Rude receptionist. Inconsiderate doctor. Horrible place. DO NOT GO!!!
