Highly recommended. Looked after my parrots. Thank you to Ian and Jana for the work they did on our boy Grumpy. A hard time for all , their passion shows in their work..

Amazing, cannot praise enough. I had an appointment in a few days but when the condition of my mouse started to decline, they fit me in straight away. The clinic is very clean, staff were patient, empathetic, and prices were affordable.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely fantastic clinic, I have been bringing my pets here for a long time because very few clinics specialise in more exotic pets such as my macaw and galah and my reoccuring FIC cat

Found a lost dog in March 2023 wondering the streets and dodging traffic. Brought the cute dog to this vet to reunite with his owner. The vet was very good. Took him in. When I checked online, the owner claimed him over the weekend. I'm glad I reunited their fur baby with them.

I brought in an injured pigeon years ago and the two vets here who specialise with birds were just amazing... they were gentle and treated her broken wing. I had visited a couple other vets prior who had recommended putting bird to sleep but she went on to live 3 beautiful years thanks to Canley Heights vet. Thank you for showing love and compassion to all animals and not just to those who you feel deserve treatment. I hope other clinics learn more and employ great valuable workers like the real veterinarians i met here.

The most unpleasant experience my bird and I had ever. If you meet her you will know, no names needed. Not only no knowledge on birds, did not listen a word I was saying, did not actually had a look at what I came there for, because SHE SIMPLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HOLD AND HANDLE A BUDGIE no compassion for animals, should not be attending birds. I regret not walking out when I saw the way she was holding him. If you have a bird go to proper exotic vet, there are a few around Sydney. Because this person there is absolutely useless! Would never trust her again to touch my bird or any animal. Really regret not walking out and actually paying for that useless and stressful for us both visit.

I wish I could have given this 0 stars.I brought my cat here because my cat was clearly injured, one of his legs was limp and he was walking very wobbly. The vet told me that my cat was just ‘in shock’ and nothing was wrong and gave him an antibiotic and pain killer and that it would fix itself up, but to monitor him in case he gets worse. We asked about a scan or x-ray and the vet did not provide an option to do a scan and we would need to go to a different vet to get it done and it would cost ‘thousands of dollars’.After getting a second opinion a few days later after monitoring his condition for a few days, an x-ray that cost $200, not thousands of dollars, I now have to choose between putting down my cat or amputating it’s leg, all because a veterinary doctor was not diligent about his job. Thanks Canley Heights veterinary clinic.Don’t send your pet here if you want a real medical opinion.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I brought my cockatoo after he fell ill. I’ve taken him to multiple vets and I have never experienced something so horrible. The doctor I spoke to seemed extremely unprofessional and did not know how to handle my bird. He was screaming in pain as soon as she touched him. She held no compassion or empathy for the animal and just seemed to do as she pleased. She was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak and cut me off. I gained nothing from this experience as she didn’t even tell me the cause of the illness.

We went to The Canley Heights Veterinary Clinic after a lot of good recommendations. We booked our 4 birds in for a general check up with ease.Dr Jana looked after our birds and was absolutely unbelievable with them.Dr Jana held our birds one by one and had the best hands with them. She held them in a towel to clip their nails and they didn’t move or make a sound. We were well impressed with the staff and Dr Jana and we will be back again. They are very well priced too.
