I lived in a rental property managed by In2 Real Estate for 2.5 years. I’d encourage all prospective tenants to be particularly vigilant when dealing with this agency/Mary. As an example: we received an invoice for a plumbing service on a pump shared by all 3 units on our block.Upon enquiring about the invoice, I couldn't believe my ears when she told me that we were responsible for it as our next door neighbour’s medical condition means that she doesn't need feminie hygiene products! Also ignoring the fact that there is indeed a 3rd tenant utilising the same pump. (Mary also unsuccessfully tried to hold them accountable for the invoice)This turned out to be an issue with the pump and the landlord not only paid for it, but also for the regular cleaning due to poor drainage. This probably won't concern you if you are a landlord as the comments below shows. But if you are a prospective TENANT, I’d definitely avoid In2 Real Estate if possible.
