The young chap in the sorting out area is a credit to his employers. Very helpful and cheerful to boot.The lady at the booth was great especially when my phone didn't want to co_operate with the scan in.

It's been pretty underwhelming might I say overprice for junk it's becoming like ballina, you guys charge alot for people drop their junk off yet u charge top dollar in lismore.... LISMORE, that ugly guy with the pony tail weedy bulid needs to stop being arrogant and overcharging he is not fit for the job ! Please seek better management?Look after people not yourself!!! corporate junk ! Seriously it's a tip not a Charity or an antique shop so stop charging those prices!!! Let people enjoy a bargain.

I generally don’t write compliments, but I feel I need to in this case. All the staff are wonderful but Shylo in particular goes above and beyond on every occasion I visit. He always helps me in a friendly and bubbly manner it makes my experience enjoyable. Thank you Shylo!

Can I bring in my good stuff for your tip shop? was the question.Yes but you have to sort and pay!How is that encouraging recycling? That's why random weird stuff ends up on the side of the roads near me.

This place takes the chore out of rubbish runs. I always find the people here very friendly and helpful. If you are willing to do the hard yards with your own sorting, the benefits are generous.

Charges for white goods and scrap metal. Doesnt take cash due to pandemic no employees wear a mask when talking to you and stand inside 1.5m what a joke.

Check their opening times on google and drove 1 hour to find out they were closed for their Christmas Party. All well and good to have a party but please update the public who rely on the information posted on your website
