I won’t even gives these guys 1 star they have messed me around since November 2022 and I’ve called and email them multiple time for them to tell me that I’m not in the system after they ripped me off 350 for a deposit after I even showed them the invoice I have received from them I would never recommend these guys as they are just scammers

Good service...

Wasted 3-4 weeks of my time. I contacted them and gave them all the details about my home including how steep our roof was. I asked the sales person to send someone to scope the site as well but he said that was not necessary. After I paid the deposit and waited 3 weeks to be booked, the installer came 2 hours late and spent two hours on site and then knocked at my door to tell me the job is cancelled because they can’t do it due to the roof being too steep.. when he measured it, the roof was 30 degrees which is what I had told the sales person at the very start. They didn’t even bother calling me to explain this, I had to ring them to chase up why the installer cancelled the job and understand what other options we had. They said they have no other installers. Really disappointed and have wasted my time.. I definitely would not recommend them, clearly incompetent because there’s another company who said they’re able to do the job very soon.
