Smart star Phone and Computer

Got my nieces phone repaired for a XmasPresent as it has been broken cost me 195 to have a new screen put on I also bought a case .. four weeks after the screen went black took it back he tried telling my niece the screen that was on it wasn’t the screen he put on then he changed his mind and said no it was water damaged . Even said the phone case wasn’t from his store WTAF . He would fix it if I paid another 195 dollars . Pfffft I don’t think so I will get it fixed somewhere else . Fair trading will be informed as well it’s the principal. If you have to lie and make up multiple excuses you o get out of warranty you shouldn’t be in business . Discussed customer . Won’t be getting anymore of our family’s business that’s for sure .

Got a screen protector for my phone here which cost 45$, only for it to bubble and peel after 5 days, went back to get it replaced and was told to come back tomorow, next day was told they didn't have enough time to replace it they needed half an hour, they shut in 25mins. Came back again two days later and got a new protector, to be told be carefull with your phone
