Had booked a surprise pampering for my wife on her birthday, drove for about half hour to get there.For them to tell my wife and I that they had cancelled the booking the day before and somehow managed to fill it that same day, without even contacting me.Coincidence..... and took no responsibility for doing so making the my wife's birthday pretty crappy.Not happy at all

Body Sense is fantastic. I have had the pleasure of many services at Body Sense over the last couple of years. I try to go every 4/6 weeks for facials. Every time I visit, Veronica is very atuned to which treatment would benefit me the most and alternates accordingly. Veronica goes above and beyond to make these experiences exceptionally effective and totally relaxing. Veronica and her staff are extremely respectful and helpful and I recommend their treatments to all my friends.

I have been seeing Veronica for a very long time. She has fixed my acne which had been all over my face and I can’t thank her enough. I don’t have any issue anymore with my skin and her microdermabrasion treatment and LED facial treatment works. I highly recommend her talent to all of you :)

I felt Bodysense has been unfairly condemned by Mr Keith W .Speaking from my own experiences with Bodysense, Veronica & her team is nothing but professional" in their field. They're always attentive & caring regardless of what treatments they do.Not saying they don't make any mistakes

Extremely unprofessional and over priced.Had an eyelash perm done, and they chemically burnt my eyelids, was extremely painful and sore for about 5 days, my eyes were poofy and people had been asking if I had been punched. Went to body sense to explain what happened, they blamed it on me, and took no responsibility for the damage done. Do not recommend this place if you are looking for a pleasant experience.

Thanks for NOTHING! I had planned my wife’s birthday surprise, booked 2 weeks ago for a 90 minute pampering. I drove her there (she had no idea what I had install) only to be told that the appointment was cancelled the day before, they said obviously I called to cancel... um no I didn’t! They wouldn’t take any responsibility for the cancelation and now someone else has taken the time slot. No apology, no offer to ease the disappointment.Beware that they can cancel your appointments if they get a better offer or just simply choose to not take the booking. Thank god my wife knows I tried and it’s not my fault.

Positive Caitlin was amazing n lovelyNegative : the pedicure foot rest was horrible. It kept moving n very difficult to enjoy the experience.
