My knee and ankle were too painful to walk after trekking in Nepal. I found NDPE by pure accident, (because it is very close to my home), and I’m glad I found it. The admin staffs are friendly and David, my physio is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

I have been attending Northern Districts Physiotherapy for about a year. All the staff are lovely and accommodating. I am looked after by James. He has helped me with various injuries with his knowledge and expertise.The practice is relaxing, comfortable and with a friendly atmosphere.

I have been going to the practice for the past 5 months for the rehab after my Achilles surgery. During this time I have met all of the staff and they are all very friendly, approachable and professional. Mitch has been looking after me. He has been very thorough from start. He has been very attentive and patient to see me through the initial stages of my rehab.I would highly recommend Michelle and her staff to look after you if you are in need of their services. Keep up the good work. 5 stars all the way guys!!!

All staff professional, caring and highly competent.I have attended NDPE Physiotherapy for the past 4 months after trialling multiple other physio's for pre-rehabilitation and post-surgery rehabilitation for Left Knee ACL rupture.I have been under the care of Mitchell, Misha and David who all have a strong interest in their patients recovery and development. Mitchell is very motivating to help me achieving my goals of rehabilitation and strength building. I felt confident under Mitchell's care with his knowledge of my injury, and his willingness to work within my limitations.I would highly recommend NDPE to my families and friends, and will continue to work with the team until I am fully recovered. The staff at NDPE have made a positive influence with my very unwanted injury - and have made life a bit easy during this difficult time.

Friendly, professional staff that seem genuinely interested in helping me get back to pre-injury fitness. Willing to liaise with my case manager for my workers compensation claim which cannot be said for the other professionals involved with my case. From experience, they are the best in the area.

I Saw James for an initial visit. He was very thorough in his examination and took time to listen to my condition before performing the appropriate treatment. Very happy with the service.

I have been here a few times now, upon recommendation. I was hesitant as I have had bad experiences with other physio's in the past.I will never look back. Michelle and her team are excellent. Very knowledgeable with up to date technologies and experience.They have been hugely accommodating, as I have had to bring my 2 year old, and it is never a problem.More than all of that, their aim is to get you back to full movement after an injury, without necessarily having to come in every week. You leave well armed with exercises to do at home in between sessions to ensure you recover as quickly as possible.Cannot rate them highly enough!

What a great all in one health & well-being clinic. Well appointed and ideally staffed. You'll never struggle to find parking, great coffee and food options nearby while you wait or after that perfect adjustment. Most importantly the service is second to none and the staff actually listen to you, apply the right techniques so that your walking out better than you arrived and provide you with excellent advice to follow when your on your own. One of the few places where the staff want to see you fixed and back out on your feet.RegardsLawrence

I can highly recommend Northern District Physiotherapy! I have been treated for approximately 18 months now through my 4th pregnancy and post baby delivery. I have been working with my physio to strengthen my core and to get back into exercise slowly. I have seen a massive improvement in my recovery and could not have done it without the professional guidance and support.
