Pelvic Strength Physiotherapy

My GP didn't warn me there was out of pocket expenses but they worked with me. Staff was lovely and all very pleasant and quite a happy & comfortable vibe going on

I've had two appointments with Jodie and could not be more impressed with the service I received. Jodie was so professional, a caring and empathic communicator and very passionate and knowledgable. Could not recommend more highly. I felt like I receieved the gold standard in healthcare.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The physiotherapist simply said the same few things over and over again for the entire session. She kept repeating that her usual recommendation was to take pills I'm allergic to, which is information I can't use. When I said I just want to feel normal again, she said what I can only hope was a poor-taste 'joke' that now that I've had a baby, I'll never be normal again, which is a terrible thing to hear when in pain and unable to move properly. I didn't receive any kind of plan in terms of exercises. I didn't receive any kind of assessment of the size of my injury. She did check my abdominal muscle separation, but apart from that, I didn't get anything from the visit and I left feeling totally defeated.

Have been attending Pelvic Strength Physio to see my IBCLC Robyn. Highly recommend. Appointment times are 90 minutes, extremely thorough. Robyn has been a wonderful support for me through both of my breastfeeding journeys that have looked very different (combo feeding/pumping and now ebf). I really value her opinion and support. She will help you meet your breastfeeding goals no matter what they look like.
