To say Taylor has been a help would be an understatement. My house feels completely different as a result of inspection + all the subsequent work in the house that he helped me with. I think a) his time will easily pay for itself b) the house is generally a more comfortable place to be in. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful person Taylor is!Our house was way too cold in winters despite keeping them heating on for long. We also had high energy bills. While searching I came across the government initiative of home energy scorecard assessment. That led me to Cosy Concepts.Taylor thoroughly assessed the house and shared detailed information of what was right and what was not. His assessment included checking leakage through walls, gaps in insulation, doors and windows. He also checked the appliances, electrical work, zoning, ventilation etc., And provided an extensive report on what we should do. Taylor even fixed some of the gaps that were letting cold air in.We found that after acting on his recommendations, the house is more cosy and comfortable.Taylor suggested that we didn't need an additional scorecard report as that would only cost money and will not provide any additional information which he had already shared. Integrity, eh?I strongly recommend Taylor for an energy assessment.

Had a great experience with Taylor. Our home has cold draughts and Taylor identified the air leaks and how to fix them. The price was very reasonable and Taylor was very thorough. The nice part of the service is that Taylor has a passion for this and is not trying to sell anything. We received a written report with recommended actions and are now working through these. I was surprised by how many air leaks we had.Taylor came back subsequently and installed improved roof insulation in our house, which has made a big difference.
