I was having difficulty getting the pair of handguns that my wife wanted. The guys did try to get some but no luck (no fault of theirs) and I found another brand that was available. I got a quote from another gunshop and then rang Impact because I wanted to deal with them. They took offence to me getting another quote and said they didn't want to to get stuffed around for no return". They didn't even want to make one phone call to get price. I am sorry to inconvenience them and when I get my own pair of handguns I will not bother them with my enquiry."

Called asking about ammo prices, very hostile answering over the phone taking offence that I would ask how much their ammo is compared to other gun shops. Told me to go to them.

I’m not sure if this business is still open, i’ve tried to drop in here many times in the last 6 months and the gates are always locked and the business shut. No answer on the phones either.
