No customer service whatsoever. If you ask for nail art or a color for French manicure you get charged extra $10-15 and feel like a nuisance. Paid for a manicure and didn’t get hand massage or hand lotion, just got some oil slapped on my fingers with an attitude because I dared to ask why am I being charged $50 for a shellac on my own nails. I’d rather never have my nails done again than go back there.

Many mistakes made, wrong colour in the bottle, technician too busy talking she went over a nail with the wrong colour and blames me for not telling her to stop. Used filer to take off the colour and got dust all over my other nails . Owner chastised me and said they are very busy and I need to listen when they speak to me her English wasn’t very clear which is why I asked her to repeat herself . Then I could hear the owner talking about me to other customersIn the end nails looked good but a lot of messing around and unprofessional behaviour. Won’t be going there again

I had a great experience, the shop is very clean and the girls are very friendly . My nails look fabulous, exactly what I asked for. (METALIC FINISH ). It's been three weeks now since doing them and they are still looking great ,very strong and sturdy . Can't wait for my next refill and colour change .Hhhmmm what should I get ..Well done N.Q Nails .

Took them over 2 hours for a pedicure and to paint finger nails... Was charged $45 dollars for them to paint my nails sign said $30 for gell polish , when I questioned it they said it's because I had foils put on nails... So apparently it costs $15 dollars for a little bit of colours foil. Still can't get over it took over # hours , with an hour + of that sitting waiting around.

Worst service ever asked a simple question about the colour and the lady abused me and yelled. Had to bring my own products cause they didn’t have what I wanted. Then talked about me in their language. So unprofessional!

Professional service. I’ve never had a bad manicure here. The ladies are so friendly, and caring. Every time I even walk past, I get asked about the health of my family. I’ll never go anywhere else for a mani/pedi in town.

Really disappointed, with poor customer service. It is a walk in salon so definitely understand there would be a wait but to be ignored and have people walk in after me and be looked after immediately not ok.
