Batemans Bay Car Wash
Wanted to wash engine, no soap first dollar, little soap next dollar. Attendant said that's all the soap you get, asked for 2 dollars back got smug response, no return for my 2 dollars of water.Went to Europe on the highway 3 times the soap on my first dollar more on second dollar.Go to Europe car wash so your not ripped off.

Could really benefit from a separate wheel cleaning brush before the actual wash area. And something to actually get the bugs off the windscreen. Not super cheap but in a good location.

Went into the self service area, paid $10 and the money was withdrawn from my account however the machine didn't turn on. When asked staff for assistance he didn't have the ability or brain power to comprehend the situation and told me to contact my bank because it was my issue as the machine had been working all day. I'm still trying to figure out exactly how to ask my bank why their machine wasn't working.

Paid for a platinum wash. Go to pick up the car and it still had dust/dirt all around the car. Manager told me that I got what I paid for and if I wanted a better job I should have paid more. Do not waste your money or time on this business, just wait for it to rain and you will get the same result.

Owner, or the old fat guy that works there, REALLY needs to get a grip. Literally has the worst attitude on Earth. Stood and insulted my partner SEVERAL TIMES when asked for help. Would not waste a second here again. There’s better customer service literally ANYWHERE else.

Bay was filthy, seems it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. High pressure washer had no plastic/rubber end therefore increasing the potential of scratching your car. The hose for the foaming brush was damaged and leaking. The count down clock didn't work.Not sure who the owner/manager is but they should be ashamed.

First I thought Euro Car Wash in Bateman's Bay was bad, this one was even worse! If all you need is high pressure water, you'll be fine. But if you want what any standard car wash should provide with half decent quality which is what you're paying for, run. You'll get more from rain. Save your money.
