Friendly helpful drivers, usually pretty busy around school drop off and pick up times, so I'm aware to try and book outside of those times.

My mum is nearly 90 and recently widowed, living in Murwillumbah she now relies on the taxi service to get to and from the shops and doctors appointments.I cannot understand why on three occasions she has been left waiting over 45 minutes for a taxi. There is no seating available at the carpark entrance to Sunnyside and she is just not strong enough to stand for such a length of time. The last occasion the local busker felt so sorry for her he drove her home.If Tweed Taxis cannot fulfill its obligations to customers in a timely manner, hire more drivers.

Wow!! Sadly I don't know the name of this fabulous driver with this company, but my husband and I got a lift with him earlier this evening, and we just got a knock on the door- we hadn't realised it, but my husband had left his wallet in his taxi, and he drove out of his way on a busy night to return it to him, cash and cards still in the wallet! Thank you so much mystery driver! You have restored our faith in the human race!!
