Hi Ross, unfortunately I am communicating to you through Google reviews because you haven’t returned my calls or msgs or my wife’s calls, msgs and emails. You also didn’t return at the time promised. As advised in our communication, the sliding door is not fixed, it is worse. It appears you don’t intend to return to fix the door so we are seeking reimbursement as per your advertised policy. We were forced to engage another service to fix the door so we could access our back yard. Please do the right thing and provide reimbursement Much appreciated

Ross replied the same day to my request and gave me a quote the next morning. He fixed my jammed exterior timber sliding door and updated its pair. It's been a long time since the doors opened so smoothly. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and why. I am so glad I used this service.

Fantastic job. Our sliding door was sticking after dog door was installed by another tradie. This company was super fast, polite and now the door works better than it ever did. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! Enquired online and submitted a photo of the broken sliding door which made it so easy - Ross knew exactly what needed to be done and called me to arrange a time to come fix it. He was friendly and efficient and fixed the door in no time. Would definitely use again.

Contacted them on a Monday and Ross was first to respond> Thought he had fixed the rollers, but then the rollers collapsed 12 hours later. Contacted Ross, and he promised to come back to fix 100% next day , but he did not show. Same again the next day. After that I stoped contacting him. I was forced to turn to another company to fix the door. When the next company came they discovered that neither roller was securely fixed to the frame. Easy fix. Very disappointed in Ross in the lack of quality of work and failure to return when promised on two separate occasions. Ended up paying twice for one job.

If you see someone repetitively opening and closing his sliding balcony door, that could be me. I feel like doing it just for relaxation after Ross and Dylan fixed my balcony door.Over the past seven years since I moved in, the balcony door has been the most annoying thing in my apartment. Closing and locking it in would be quite a challenge, and recently, the rollers failed just after replacing them with new ones four years ago. Two other tradesmen have looked at it, and they would tell me how it was impossible to fix the door properly, so they would just try this and that without making much of a difference.It was my third time lucky I’d come across these guys. They got here on the same day I called them, and they just magically fixed the door for a reasonable price too! The fix required realigning the adjacent balcony window panel, replacing the rollers, and adjusting the handle. I also asked if the door could be made more secure from break-ins, and they suggested and installed a patio bolt. They worked through it patiently with great attention to detail. Ross is quite a perfectionist.Ross and Dylan, you are true professionals. Thank you for your work. I’m very happy with the result, really appreciate it!

Dear Ross, I’ve resorted to Google reviews because you won’t answer my calls, msgs or emails. Can you please reimbursement me in accordance with your advertised no fix no pay policy? While you were very nice when you visited, the repair lasted 7 days, my door is worse than before and you didn’t return as you promised. While I’m disappointed, I promise to go away once I’ve been reimbursed, which is reasonable given I had to pay again to have the door fixed properly by someone else. Thank you
