Cheers from the USA. Was looking for a part Hoyt stopped making that wasn't available here. The Aussie price hurt a bit as a trip across the Pacific and back is expensive (not their fault) but Pat's was helpful in making sure the part was the correct one and getting it to me in a timely manner. We exchanged several emails which were always returned promptly and customer service was first rate. Now my bow is more traveled than I am and looks good to boot.

Pat's Archery have outstanding customer service!Called these guys for a replacement bow string, I'd frayed mine on the first day of a 7 day hunt.Both Jesse and Pat were able to look up the exact length main string I'd need.They advised they could have the string made and shipped same day, with my choice of colours for a competitive price.I've had notification it's on its way... Whilst 2 other providers in QLD I called either failed to get back to me at all with a price and ETA, or told me they'd call back in 2 days.. And I'm still waiting 5 days later.Although Pat's were $10 more on the price of the string.. Compared with the poor customer service from the others, Pat's customers service is worth the extra money, especially of you are in a hurry like me.We had also previously purchased our daughter a PSE Mini burner, and our experience back then was exceptional.Even during the height of covid, when all the manufactures in the US were shut down, these guys still managed to lay their hands on the mini burner in the colour we wanted within 2 weeks.Once again, if we had shopped through their competitors, we would still be waiting through our previous experiences.

Both Pat and the Sales Manager Jesse are at the top of their games. I purchased an Easton quiver and backpack online but stock wasn’t available due to a colour shortage. Pat called me directly to advise that he will airfreight the goods within a couple of weeks and to confirm if this would be okay. I agreed and whilst waiting for the items to arrive I called back to ask about ordering some “shop built” Easton Apollo arrows. I talked to Jesse over the phone and he offered assistance on the build specifications plus confirmed that they would have them ready to ship once my quiver and backpack had arrived at their store. To their word all items arrived promptly and pretty much on the actual day Pat and Jesse had forecasted. Apart from the understandable stock shortage during unprecedented times, I’m very impressed by the level of customer service and quality communication I received. Two day express post from SA to NSW for around $20 bucks is pretty amazing too.Thanks so much Pat, Jesse and the team over at Pat’s Archery!

Sam was the best example of customer service I have experienced in a long time. I rang at 4:20 pm when most people are ready to go home. Not only was he was very helpful with advice, he said he would get it in the post that day.I received my new arrows at 10:15 am the next day (I live in Brisbane). I do know that there is some luck in the delivery but if Sam was not so keen to help it could not have happened.Pats will be my first call for anything I buy in the future :-)

Came in half an hour before opening and were more than happy to teach me more about my compound bow as well as providing a service to adjust the bow. Very attractive pricing with a great conversation even early in the morning. Would highly recommend coming in

Phenomenal Service, I was able to pick, build and prder my bow all over the phone.Received great advice in regards to kitting it out and other models available.Will be definitely be my go to shop for everything into the future

Recently bought a set their custom made Scout bow strings and honestly I won't be buying strings from anywhere else in the future. They were made perfectly to spec and to a fantastic standard. Would recommend to anyone in the market for great quality custom strings

Excellent service from the team and so much archery and distribution experience. The new central Adelaide location is great for us given that we rarely get into the shop due to living 5.5hrs drive away (so in 6 years have only got to the old country store once). That distance is how I know that Pat, Sam and the team give solid advice and get top quality products to me quickly.
