My heater leaked from day 1. Despite numerous calls and a visit back to their store, nothing! Then I asked for a certified of compliance, nothing! Great little Stovax heater, but Hunts Heating were unprofessional.

Went in store,they had great products but the salesman was really rude almost like he didn't want to make a sale. We explained we don't know anything about wood heaters and if they do quotes at home....he said no. Fair enough but don't just say get us the measurements and come back.How am I meant to take measurements on my own from and induilt heater while minding 2 toddlers ?Thanks for nothing

We bought a corner wood heater from Hunts for our place at Franklin and wow does it look good. Very stylish and really makes the room. Service from Rod and the team at Hunts was great. They were very helpful and delivery was fast and on time. They also organised Keith from First Choice Woodheating to do the installation - and he did a fantastic job. Thanks everyone - we are thrilled with the results.

Very much appreciated the service from Hunts Heating .. they took time to give helpful maintenance advice, and even sent a replacement part for my wood-heater at no cost, even though the warranty did not cover this item. Thanks Hunts!

We recently bought a new wood heater from Hunts Heating in Moonah. Not only were they helpful but they were happy to come and assess our fireplace prior to installation and offer advice. The service was excellent, professional and timely. We can highly recommend them if you need to upgrade your heater or have a new wood burner installed.

Looking for the most thermally efficient Australian made fireplace we chose a Nectre MK1LEThe fireplace certainly puts out the heat, however it is very difficult to load fuel into the firebox without a cloud of smoke and particulate matter coming out of the door opening and into the room.This is after opening both vents (door and flue) and cracking the door open slowly to try and get a rush of air up the chimney. On going back to Hunts heating to ask if the flue was needing a better cap or adjustment I was told “Welcome to the world of modern fireplaces” !!!I would have expected more for $3000 plus $660 installation.
