I can’t fault the actual Vet (Amanda). She went over and above !! She put our minds at rest! I just found the people who were taking the call initially, could have been a lot more compassionate!! I used the number ONE button which was meant to be for Emergencies… my Dog couldn’t breath and was shaking and vomiting profusely! Thankfully he’d settled on the drive to the surgery. The outcome was good! (So far)The 5 Stars are for Amanda!!This all happened on a Sunday during a public holiday weekend… hence the whole Emergency call thing ..

Thanks for getting my boy in on a Saturday after raising my concerns with some symptoms he was having.Hopefully I will be visiting again for my pets check up and not for a problem, but regardless of my next visit I believe the the staff will be just as lovely and attentive as they were when I visited recently. Definitely recommend.

Our little brat , become a overcome with pain. We decided he had to see Vet, What a extraordinary Vet we uncounted.. So educated in her field, Our little dog is back to his terrible self, after one day.. thank you so much Amanda, and Border Vets.
