I went to Aus to visit my family in March and hired a cot and car seat through Danni. From the first enquiry to the end she was excellent. A week in, I needed a second cot for a second house and I had what I needed the very next day. Pick up and drop off occurred with little fuss during the time frames set (which is a breath of fresh air). She set up the products efficiently, and when I needed to change the car seat to a different car she encouraged me to bring it in for a check - lucky I did, my dad had done it all wrong and it basically wasn't secure at all! Her communication was clear and quick. What an excellent service Danni runs - I highly recommend!

We had the best experience hiring a cot and a high chair. The staff were extremely responsive and so helpful, top class service and communication. We had issues picking up/dropping off and they went above and beyond to help us to arrange pick up and drop off by a third party. I would strongly recommend without any hesitation. The products were also of good quality and the price was very competitive.

Had a wonderful experience with Danni and team at Rock A Bye Baby! Have used them twice, each time we had a newborn and they were incredibly prompt and responsive and helpful. They deliver straight to your door when you need it and pick it up, which is really convenient and the price is very competitive and affordable. Hiring a bassinet is perfect transition from hospital to home life as its the same bassinets used in hospital, and its way cheaper than buying one as you only need it for 1-2 months before your newborn outgrows it anyway. Would highly recommend

Honestly one of the best baby hire companies I have ever worked with. We used them in January for cot hire, they were so responsive and easy to work with. We are using them again for our second trip and again have provided us with great customer service :)

We decided to hire a pram, high chair and bath tub in Sydney instead of taking ours on the flight. Danni was very helpful with queries I had and was very to quick to respond.Collecting and returning the items was really straightforward and the bond was returned promptly.

Was skeptical about hiring a capsule for our newborn but we honestly couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products and the service we received. We mostly liaised with Danni who was professional and prompt with response. In the package we bought, the capsule came with 2 bases - convenient for a base to go in each of the cars at home. We were also able to hire adapters for the capsule to fit on our pram. Upon returning the hired products through a self service system, we received our security deposit back the next day. Will be recommending this business to our friends and family, and will definitely use the company again should we need to hire any baby equipment again in the future.

We rented a MaxiCosy capsule for our new born, being first time parents obviously everything was new. Danni was really helpful and everything was done smoothly and there were no worries. She fitted the capsule for us, had no issues with it for 6 months and we returned just this week as the wee fella had pretty much out grown it. Highly recommend!

My sister visited from the UK with her 6 month old daughter for an arbitrary period of time, changing dates made it difficult to hire for fixed periods of time. Danni was amazing from the onset. We hired a travel cot, a baby car seat with isofix and the additional life saving linen for the cot. Danni was super responsive and accommodating for us the entire time. You cannot beat the amazing customer service, high quality new and clean equipment and convenience. Highly recommend Rock a bye baby hire!

Awsome service, products are in excellent condition and Danni was easy to contact with plenty of follow up. Car seats were securely fitted for me, will be sure to use the service again.
