Abysmal!! If I could put zero stars, I would!We rang at the beginning of the day to book a cab to take us to an event, with plenty of time notice. Time rolled around. No cab.Called to follow up Yeah

Waited over 40 minutes for a taxi that never showed up. Had to wake up a friend to come and get me and cancel the booking. Booked the taxi 2 hours prior.

Have been waiting 2 hours for a taxi from this company, I have called them 8 times, for them to tell me after 2 hours that they are busy and probably can't get out here , 2 hours I have stood in the rain and cold waiting

Diesel, driver, offers a very comfortable service all round. He is friendly and also helpful with getting my groceries to my front door.

Absolutely horrible service, I was waiting an hour and a half at 5 in the morning in the freezing cold and still no show for a taxi, I called baw baw and got a taxi instantly. Worst place ever

Great service, was running late, but the actual taxi service was excellent, the driver was friendly and chatty, I can recommend this service.

These guys actually simply don't turn up. This is not a once off. 4 -5 times I've waited 1 hr or more. recently the guy making the booking when asked about how long approx basically hung up. Better off with baw baw. I don't understand how this company exists.

My father is 95 and we've been trying to stop him driving from Neerim South to Warragul. We organised a Cabcharge card so he and his disabled wife could go to the Warragul Leisure Centre to do rehabilitative water exercises. I prebooked the taxi the day before for 5:30 am. My parents waited in the dark and cold for nearly an hour. No one showed up. A follow up phone call yielded nothing but excuses and no results. In the end we cancelled and my parents missed out. It took a lot of hard work to get my father to accept the change to his independence and his first experience was disgusting. Now he will probably still want to drive and will once again not be safe on the roads. This company is awful.Postscript: Despite the first experience with this company, I would like to amend this review. I followed up with the call centre who made a few suggestions as to how to remedy the problem. Our second experience was better. The driver, Hemi, was wonderful and gave us the direct number to the roster personnel, who then made a permanent arrangement with us for pickup, and this was successful. In fact, my parents were so pleased it all went so smoothly and reliably that they are now accepting of this huge change to their lives. So good results after perseverance. Would give them a four star rating. Lovely polite and helpful drivers.

Good service and arrives fast generally. The option to say your address into the phone is very difficult and every single time it hears something different to what I’m saying, have called Baw Baw taxis a few times after these issues as I just cannot order through WGT
