Absolutely LOVE getting my hair done at this salon. I travel from the other side of town as I know I will always leave with my hair looking the exact way I've described it. I have no doubt that they'll do an amazing job. There is nothing they cannot do and nothing is ever too hard for them. I'm seen to as soon as I walk in and offered coffee straight away. They always remember what's going on in my life which makes me feel as though they really care about their clients. I feel special as soon as I walk in. And the atmosphere is to die for! Sitting on the lake waiting for my hair to process is so picturesque. A very fun and upbeat salon! Would definitely recommend to others as I already do!

About 3 years ago I was visiting from Queensland for an Engagement Party and needed my hair washed, blow dried and curled. The vibe in the salon was amazing and on entering I felt was so welcomed.I was taken to my seat and my stylist was Desiree, she was so lovely and accommodating, I had a coffee and magazines before I knew it, after a thorough consultation on how I wanted my hair styled as I had 26” extensions in I was lead to the shampoo basin and treated to the most luxurious head massage EVER!2 weeks ago I moved back to Adelaide from Queensland and needed my hair done the owner was so lovely and even managed to book me in that day, so booked in for my colour cut and Blowdry, when I arrived I received the exact same service as I did 3 years ago.Again thorough consultation, coffee and magazines to read.My stylist walked over and I couldn’t believe it, it was her, Desiree and even though I amNow dark and short she recognised me straight away. She chose my colour with me and Thoroughly understood what I was after.Again the most amazingly head massage and the colour is perfect the cut is flawless and Blowdry was so smooth and shiny.As I was leaving all of the stylist said goodbye and the owner thanked me. Absolutely can not recommend this salon enough 100/10 and rebooked for 6 weeks Love Love Love

Cannot express my love for this salon and I have never walked out disappointed. The staff are so amazingly friendly and are great at keeping up with the latest hair trends! Yellow Strawberry is so reasonably priced for the style and service you receive! Highly recommend!

I had a cut and colour with Chloe the other day who was lovely. Initially my colour was too dark and we both instantly agreed it wasn’t right so together with the owner Tony, we mixed up a new colour and they cleansed and reapplied the new colour which is perfect. Even though it must have thrown out their other appts that day - they were both amazing, taking time to explain it all to me and re do it. Highly recommend. They wrote down notes on my new colour so it’s ready for next time.

I visited this hairdresser with my sister last weekend, my sister was really happy with her hair because they followed her instructions. I told them I wasn't happy with what she was doing as it wasn't what I asked for. I was even more disappointed after I had left as my sister was charged considerably less, when we have exactly the same hair.When I returned to voice my concerns they were not at all interested in what I had to say and she very sarcastically sent me away.After then speaking with the owner, he was just as disinterested in my feedback.I was told I'm one of those whinging people. Good to see you take on board the feedback of dissatisfied customers!Very poor service and customer service to say the least.
