Since the start for my dealings with Viver they have been nothing but unprofessional and severely lacking any form of customer service. When i first spoke to Robert I explained that my daughter needed an OT and he said no worries we have one that services your area and that Viver only does home visits not in clinic session which was good because that's what we preferred anyway. So he asked me to send him my daughters NDIS care plan so that they can determine if the funds granted by NDIS would be sufficient for the requested amount of session that we needed, so I sent it to him, and he touched base with me about an hour later and said that he will be in contact with me soon before he went on leave. He didn't do that and went on leave anyway. So I called the referral office that set me up with Viver healthcare to ask what the go was and they contacted them. I was contacted by some lady named Rachelle or Rechelle from viver healthcare stating that she was sorry for the lateness and that she would call me the next day, she didn't of course. I waited for 6 days before I had enough and contacted them myself via email. She then contacted me 3 days after my email, stating that she would contact the scheduling team to organise when they can get their OT to come out and start the sessions. After about 35 minutes from hanging up with her I receive an email from her stating that they now don't have access to an OT and that they will have to reject the referral and that they can't help my daughter. Now mind you I knocked back two other companies that were willing and able to help out of respect because I had already given my word to Viver and then they do this. I would highly discourage anyone from dealing with this group because they will not take yours or your families health or therapy seriously and will a completely waste your time to make contact with them. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable.
