Despite some issues with our insurance company, Adrian and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, responsive, and efficient. Their report was detailed and completed incredibly fast. They were quick to contact us with any updates from our insurance company and came to our property multiple times throughout the drying process to make sure things were going as planned. Would highly recommend and will be our first call if anything like this happens again.

Complete Water Damage Service is highly professional and customer oriented. I contacted them when I thought I had a water damage issue at my house. Adrian arrived on time with full package of professional devices. He tested every spot of my house and confirmed there is no wetness inside the wall, ceiling, etc. (the issue im having is something else). The whole inspection therefore cost me nothing, but he does give me a peace of mind. I feel so grateful.I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a potential water damage issue. And I know if I ever had water damage at my house these guys would take good care of me. Once again, thanks a lot!

Called out the company at 7 am on Sunday. Keaton Bates took the call and despite the time he cheerfully turned up in 45 minute. He very efficiently brought in macinery to sop up water and then set blowers to dry out the floor. He also recommended an electrician who quickly arrived and restored power. During the following week he came regularly to inspect the progress of the blowers. Also removed ruined carpet and underlay. I can only commend Complete Water Damage, in particular Keaton Bates, for doing an effective, efficient job in cleaning up all the water damage. Keaton's efforts allowed us to lodge a completed insurance claim withot delay. No brickbats, lots of bouquets.

I rang a different company first who told me they would call me back in 5 minutes. After an hour I called them back and got the same response before I finally gave up and contacted Complete Water Damage Services.
