Trend Windows & Doors Chatswood

Visit the store some months ago. They were keen to provide a quote, but because of the size of the sliding doors required, the quote had to come from the 'commercial department'.After following up a few times, few weeks later, the answer was they (commercial department) were too busy and were not interested to quote for 4 units of sliding doors for retrofit for a residential project.Their products are great, but I guess it doesn't help if their service is not up to standard.

Worst experience ever!! Sales man (Paul) didn't even get off his chair while I was walking around the shop floor looking at window options, and when I went back to him to ask many questions he was typing on his computer another email. Wish I had read the reviews before heading out there!!

AVOID.Order for windows and doors included an order for security screens. After several months it became apparent the order for the security screens had not been put through - two wasted days of annual leave waiting in for sub contractors, measurements incorrectly taken, installation guys called in sick so another wasted day off and screens are still not installed. Trend didn't bother speaking to us at all because the builder was 'their customer' (even though prior to this they had no issues speaking to us) and they have washed their hands of it all and are blaming the sub contractor. I haven't even started on the service team for call outs.... the wait for this is an absolute joke. WOULD NOT USE TREND EVER AGAIN.

What a waste of time.Trend has been slow to deliver windows and coordinate glazing. Firstly they delivered the wrong windows and then wanted our builders to help them pack their truck when they came to pick them up.Trend are unresponsive when you are looking to complete a job and NEVER CALL YOU BACK. We've wasted weeks chasing Trend and each time, there is no progress on our order. Our job is in limbo and significantly delayed because of Trends incompetence.Trend has no understanding of customer management or engagement. They take your money and leave you hoping that your order will be delivered. Don't bother calling them, they direct you leave a voice message that NO ONE RETURNS.They don't communicate, they don't follow through, they don't deliver.If I had my time again... I'd choose anyone over Trend.Avoid Trend.

Never ever again they are the worse after sale they don’t wana know you for any reasons they have excuses for every mistake they do.My advise go to smaller supplier you get better quality. You go to this people you putting your money in rubbish bin

Didn't get past initial phone call with these guys. Rang to ask about a simple window regulation and was cut off, spoken to rudely and then hung up on (was on the phone for less than a minute). No drama if you don't know the answer but no need to be an d*ck about it. There's plenty of other businesses trying to stay alive without someone like this in the industry. Wish I'd got his name ...he's not doing Trend any favours at all.

After sales service of this company is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The serviceman who attended to the servicing of the doors is rude and the product is far from what is displayed in the showroom.

Just updating this post from 4 months ago. Still no resolution. I don’t think they know what they are doing, which makes it hard for them to resolve anything. 3 unsuccessful attempts by installers to install something that they didn’t have on them and we didn’t have on-site. Have contacted the business many more times since my last review, and still nothing. I cannot fathom how this company are still in business…..Purchased windows and doors from Trend for our new home over a year ago. Have had ongoing tissues ever since. Our glazing is damaged and we finally had a service team review it after repeatedly chasing. They agreed that the product is sub-par but I cannot get a response from HO as to what the business intends on doing about it. Am fobbed off repeatedly. A very frustrating experience and not one I recommended to anybody.

Useless security screens. Thief was able to easily pull these off the windows. Only attached with 6 screws. Their competitor secures their screens with a screw/20mm. When I called Trend to ask what can be done to better secure the window. Was told there was nothing which can be done and to take it up with the insurance company.Bad product, bad service - shop elsewhere.

In my opinion they are the worst Company EVER.Ordered 3 sets of sliding stacking doors - it’s now been 9.5 weeks and order is only partially delivered. The doors delivered have multiple scratches!They set a time to deliver the rest of the order and now cancelled it as they could not find the items" - Unbelievable.I would not recommend. Nothing resolved
