We are the landlords of the house sambybambi44 just vacated and we noticed the most ridiculous review that they wrote for dwell. Dwell has managed all of our properties for 6 years with no issues.Firstly everything they wrote was totally false.The real estate dwell Realty are tops. The amount of bird feathers in the garden indicatesyou had a hungry cat.You cracked our driveway by parking a truck on it. Your cats have weed all thru the home clawed at all carpets and you have even burnt and cut carpet.Of course they are going to say it needs replacing as the home is on 3 yrs old. I pity your next landlord

After being in the rental market for 15 years and renting in 3 different states, this real estate has been the worst I have experienced. Not only did our first inspection consist of the property manager letting herself into the property without the courtesy of knocking on the door, but she spoke to my husband and I as though we were naughty kids because there were a few weeds we didn't get to. We have had nothing but problems with them. They complained about a driveway that had hairline cracks in it which they blamed on my husbands truck being parked there instead of looking at environmental factors in the area such as excessive rain/flooding, and earthworks for new houses being built.When we decided we had had enough and applied at another rental elsewhere, they gave us a negative reference stating we were 'argumentative'. I had the explain to our new real estate the reasons why they said that.If you intend on renting with this real estate my advice is don't live in the property, because that's what they expect. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ended up handing they keys back with almost a week still left on our lease cause we didn't want to deal with them or the property anymore. Worst 12 months we have ever experienced.

I bought my first house in Shoalhaven through Barb of Dwell Realty. She is knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond. Stress͏ free sale of house by Barb Ferguson and Dwell teamBarb’s proposal was the most detailed of 3 proposals and took time and provided insightful advice ahead of being selected. The proposal was a lump sum including all advertising costs, so I had no concerns about estimates of advertising blowing out at our cost. Barb and team have down to earth, straight forward and confident approaches that would have built confidence in potential buyers. We were kept updated with weekly email status reports and phone calls when anything significant occurred. We were advised what we needed to do in simple terms and were confident that all matters were being competently handled by Barb’s team. In a number of matters, like giving away unwanted furniture, Barb went beyond our expectations. The house has now been sold and we are confident all “loose ends” have been tied up. If we need to sell or buy again, Dwell will be the place we return to.

I would not recommend Dwell Realty to anyone.They acted very lovely to get you to rent out their listing, but as soon as any issues were required to attend to, they were not helpful and very rude.My partner and I had multiple issues with the security and fire alarm system going off at 12am / 1am and we had no idea how to stop it. This alarm was a piercing sound which hurt your ears inside the house, and with no instructions on how to stop this we decided to call Leigh who simply laughed in our face thinking it was funny. Having being woken up multiple times and worried each night it would happen again, Leigh did not find the urgency to fix this issue with the owners and this then continued for months.Due to the communication and frustration regarding this issue in our rental, we have now received negative reference when we have just applied for another rental stating we are argumentative.I believe Dwell Realty show a lack of empathy and care to renters, even if they are good tenants who pay rent on time every week and respect the house as if it was their own.Do not go with Dwell Realty if you want to be treated like you mean nothing!
