I always love a browse through the Albany shops when I visit family, and my most recent visit to The Closet Shop was excellent - the new owner has introduced a greater selection of stylish pieces over my last couple of visits. Super helpful and friendly, and a relaxed space to spend some time adding to my wardrobe (which I always do!). Thanks!

BEAUTIFUL shop with fantastic quality products and classy displays but sadly let down by very poor customer service. No greeting nor acknowledgement even though we were the only people in the store at the time and the lady seemed disinterested to say the least.
