Just down from the boat ramp under the bridge near the big park they have speed boat racing it was an enjoyable day and lots of fun you can use the boat ramp to get access to go up the river or you can go under the bridge and up to Morpeth or you can go down the river to Hexham either way it's a nice trip from mwh
