Direct Uniforms

Have attempted to contact half a dozen times across 48hrs. Perhaps due to the time of year (Christmas) but none the less, having an automated answering machine that doesn’t allow a voice message & no applicable quotations available by website.I’d simply like to know how these guys do business if you can’t get any information other than available products via their website or speak to any operator.The level of professionalism displayed upon initial enquiry is so low that any right minds business owner would pass before even getting an idea on the products you offer or otherwise.A friendly piece of advice being after you’ve held a client on the phone for 5+ minutes, perhaps add a tone for said clients to at least pass on a message for your incompetent team.

Direct Uniforms have an impressive supply and range of workwear that should match the needs of many staff. I found them helpful and indeed would go out of their way to meet my requirements.Their products are hardwearing and in a range of materials that I particularly like. Also, I found their prices very competitive.

Customer service is fairly short and limited through the website. Might be fine if you are an established business and know every product available already but not very helpful to newer businesses looking to understand the options available to offer to customers to be customised.Advised they couldn't send transcript but were looking into being able to - though I informed them it is a built in feature of the chat software - was just told they don't have time to learn a new feature - when it is just a button available once chat ends.Must get prices quoted per item you know their style code for - no full website search option must go catalogue by catalogue - which only specific keywords work.Think it might take me more time to deal with the company than saved through other uniform resellers - though I cant actually know as no product code no idea of pricing.

Direct Uniforms, and in particular, Mat Borg has provided the most exceptional customer service and I can't express the high level of appreciation we have for the service provided to our company.
