The team are exceptionally clean, leaving the place better than they found it. Honest reliable and always on time I wouldn't look anywhere else for flooring. After obtaining several quotes for multinational flooring companies, Melbourne Floors seemed to be the only company that had a genuine interest in redoing all of my floors. Had an educational experience with Leon and John here a few weeks ago, and I was enlightened as to the range and quality of carpet available today. After considerable thought, and thanks to Leon & John's patience, my wife and I booked in a measure and quote with just the right carpet. I am extremely happy with the result, not to mention the initial advice and exceptional laying time. The final result is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this flooring company to anyone who is in the market for quality timber or carpet (amongst the large variety of flooring options they have there). The price was less than I had envisioned considering the high quality product that we had chosen. If you have the time, it's worth talking to Leon or John at the Brighton show-room before making any decisions on your next build. Really poor customer service and has stuffed me around. After spending time in the showroom, the guy didn't show up for the measure up when he said he would and when I rang to find out what was going on the guy cracked it and said he won't do the job now, because he's retiring, doesn't need the work and cherry picks his jobs and didn't like that I was following him up. Basic communication would have been helpful.

This is a great company who provide wonderful service at competitive pricing. Dealt initialy with John who offered great advice and priced the quote. The quote was back in 12 hours as opposed to 3 other competitors ranging from 2 - 5 days.I then dealt with Keon who provided clarification on queries and walked us through the pros & cons of the carpet we had chosen.Today the carpet was installed and the carpet layer (Rod) was superb, even grinding the concrete floor to level high spots. I could not be happier with every interaction I have had with this company.

Approached Leon from a referral - my architect knows these guys from dealings in his construction business. The service is immediately apparent the minute you walk into the showroom and all of my answers were answered in a satisfactory manner. Choosing timber and carpet was a simple process and conveniently organized with the architect and the builder. The quality of the products is second to none, and I am happy to have dealt with a company that supports Australian companies and products. All in all we had an excellent experience, and we trust Melbourne Floors will help us with future builds.

My wife and I recently researched many flooring companies with not much success. Either we had to put up with pushy salesmen or deal with false information - and even fake reviews on Google. It was all too much and it was getting frustrating. Then we took a chance and drove all the way from Nunawading to Brighton for a coffee at a beach-side cafe. Don't waste your time.Just had pretty much the same experience as the last review. Took 2 weeks and multiple calls for them to arrange a visit in the first place. Then, Isaac, who i believe is the owner, turned up and literally within the first 30 seconds was exceptionally rude, had a row with my builder and then went on to say how he was the best floor layer in Melbourne"! My partner and I sought advice for our apartment in East Melbourne, and we found the advice and demeanour of the store manager quite pleasant and insightful. John (Brighton store) thoroughly educated us on the current technologies and trends in carpets and flooring materials, and without his expertise, we could not have made an educated decision as to our requirements. We purchased our timber floor and carpet, and installation followed expediently after the free on-site measure and quote completed by Izak (who was quite thorough and to-the-point). The result speaks for itself, as commentary from our colleagues and immediate family & friends confirm not only the style and trend advice divulged at the show-room, but also the quality assurance and performance of the materials promoted by Izak. Some excellent work here that was quite well-done (precisely to our expectations) and honestly priced, I always recommend Melbourne Floors in Brighton as the first and only option for your flooring needs.
