Incompetent beyond words. Hope they go out of business. They're clowns and the worst examples any estate agents I've had the displeasure of dealing with.COULD NOT SAY THIS BETTER MYSELF.incompetent, non responsive and never fix any issues in the house. I had two leaks in the roof with no help fixing after multiple emails asking, my back door was broken for months and therefore my house was not secure and they lost my condition of entry form. The property had no smoke alarm and the walls mouldy. TERRIBLE

We accidentally drove in on a really foggy and rainy day looking for a toilet. Couldn't see anything, didn't see anything. Couldn't get out without paying $10. Great place

We’ve been renting through prop connect for almost 6 months. They’ve gone above and beyond to liaise and organise with the landlord. to fix all faults reported. We also made a request to have a front fence installed due to a security incident, and they’ve committed to building a new fence, giving us further safety and security in our home. I have to say, thank you to Jim and Dien for such a wonderful experience in helping me sell my family home and finding me new family home.These guys marketing and strategy to get the best price for me was worth every cent invested.There was another house that sold 5 houses down the road from where I was living and it was sold for $70,000 less than mine.To be honest, that house actually was slightly better than mine in my opinion with similar land size.If you’re thinking of selling, talk to these guys before you decide going with anyone else. They are the real deal. No arrogance, very humble and truly professional.They are truly the marketing experts when it comes to selling homes.They are very positive, optimistic and you are always greeted with a smile when you go to their office of when meeting up with them.I referred my friends home to their Property manager for rental - Flora.... sweetest lady you will every meet and very easy to communicate.My friend said she is very happy too!Thank you team!!!!

I have rented for 5 years from this company even though they changed names 3 time and found them to be professional responsive to my request and I just met the directors Jim and he was polite respectful. Totally recommend renting with Prop Connect. Thank you

They never inspect their rental properties for ongoing damages or evidence of Strata Violations.They don't check that rent has been paid before releasing Bond money from outgoing tenants.Frequent turnover of property managers, minimal records keeping for their portfolios.It's too apparent why Harcourts Footscray split and restructured into this team of shambling, incompetent sponges.Don't entrust your property with them.
