Frequently closed before 10pm on a weekday. The opening hours are more of a if we feel like being open". Husband and wife fight frequently in front of customers

I’ve only used this as a self service laundrette. It’s nothing special, the machines are clean and have never damaged or lost any of my stuff, and they cleaned/dried them effectively. The opening hours are limited, even for self service (closes at 4:30pm on weekdays!), there’s no change machine (all machines only accept $1 coins) and the machines are relatively expensive. Also no washing powder vending machine so has to be completely BYO detergent.FYI, a standard wash cycle in a $4 machine is 30mins, and about an hour in the $7 front loader.

The dryers closest to the window sometimes leave a black mark on your laundry and it is very noticeable on whites. I let the shop owner know and she said to use the dryers closer inside the shop (they are pink and the other dryers that leave a mark are green/blue). She said that the green dryers are used more frequently and suggested that it’s other customers leaving it dirty but I think the machines need better maintenance and cleaning. Not very happy with her response and will check another laundromat to see if I have the same problem.

Still no change machine, grotty couches I'm not game to sit on. Beware if a machine takes your $. There's a sign that says if a machine takes your $ then leave an out of order sign on machine and leave note for refund. Q: leave a sign w what???? And where do I leave note???? Anyway left note under door at rear w name and no telling them a machine stole $7 off me - of course wks later have heard NOTHING. Only gd thing is place always seems to be open

Rainbow Laundrette is just as magical as it is a laundrette.Practical in both layout and location, it's obvious on entry that no expense was spared in harnessing the positive chi flowing from the north.Since discovering the Rainbow Laundrette my clothes have never been cleaner, or softer.Legend says there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. But I say there is a laundrette worth its weight in gold.

Today they decided to close five hours earlier than they've listed on their opening hours with no prior notice or indication as to why. Silly me, thinking a business is obligated to be open when they've advertised, now I'm stuck with 15kg of wet laundry (which my 60kg pregnant frame struggled to carry on my back) and nowhere to hang it out.10/10 service, thanks Rainbow Laundrette!!!

I only went there during business hours to dry some clothes - there was someone behind the counter to give me change for the dryer. If they weren't there, I think that you would struggle as there aren't many places around to change your coins. Definitely agree that a coin dispenser would be a good idea.

Incredible service for a great value price. I started using them during lockdowd, have been so impressed! The quality of service and attention to detail is exceptional. Always on time and take great care with all of my clothes, the owner is very friendly, flexible and willing to help. Top quality work, best around!
