I have been coming to see Bianca for active mind sessions for the past 8 weeks and wow what a difference. I was experiencing a lot of perimenopausal symptoms and felt at a loss as to what to do and who to turn to. A friend recommended I see Bianca as she had helped her with similar issues and I have to say I’m so glad she did. From the first moment of the first appointment I felt at ease, that she understood what I was going through, she listened intently and discussed with me (not told me) what would work best, taking into consideration my symptoms and lifestyle. This is such a bright and welcoming space. It’s been beautifully renovated and doesn’t feel like a therapy room or counsellors office. Monique is caring, passionate and deeply informed in her practice.

The clinic is an warm, safe space with understanding, caring and dedicated therapists who are there to help you explore you emotions, feelings and trauma at you own pace. They care about each client and know how to build a therapeutic relationship for each individual.Having worked with Monique (and Poppet) for over 2 years now, I have gained a huge amount of insight into myself and my thoughts, behaviours and triggers. I know when I walk into her office, I have her undivided attention for the hour and she will hold the space for whatever is brought up. She is genuine, empathetic, and compassionate, and knows when to challenge your thoughts and beliefs about yourself in a kind and caring way.
