Very professional and quality service

MKR has rescued me twice in the last year. The first time I spilt water on my new Dell laptop. It fizzed. I called at 9pm, got a person who gave practical advice and told me to come down immediately!! It was repaired without loss of info for much less than a replacement. Starting my doctorate, it shut down again 9 months. I took it straight down. Repaired within 2 hours, a hardware issue. I have even asked for software support and this has been great. SO FANTASTIC PEOPLE!! And they know what they are doing....

Being a small business owner the last thing I would do is to give another business negative reviews but this is like I have never seen before.My younger cousin with disability got his screen fixed from this place, it came to $420. When I called up other places I got quotes from $200-$250. This guy clearly took advantage of his disability, which further got strengthened when I told him that he has disability and he responded so ignorantly “but he walks what disability you talking about”.Least you can do is double check prices with other stores this guy is rude, compulsive lair and an opportunist. Please be careful

My experience at this place was nothing short of absolutely dreadful. Honestly, this business is the worst example of customer service, technical competence and organisation I have ever known.At first, the guy running this place quoted me an excessively high price for what was meant to be a straight forward repair of my Macbook (all other advice I received was that it should have been more than $100 cheaper). When said I would go elsewhere and had my Macbook returned to me, I found that I had actually been given a different MacBook. This was confirmed when I checked the serial number on the computer he had given me against the receipt for the one I had bought years earlier.When I took the MacBook back to him, he admitted the mistake and gave me the correct one back. I turned it on and found the hard drive was completely wiped, and returned to factory settings. I returned to the shop again to explain this problem - the guy completely denied any wrongdoing on his part, and claimed the memory delete was necessary. I argued with him, but he maintained he had to wipe my hard drive, even though I had asked for no work to be done (due to the high price).We had a lengthy argument, during which he accused me of lying and making false claims, and not understanding technically what had happened.This was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and one that cost me time and money, not to mention lots of photos and files that were very important to me.Please, please avoid this business, I encourage you to go elsewhere for your repairs. I've never posted a Google review before but this time I just felt I had to. I have heard other bad stories about this guy and his service, and I honestly would hate for anyone else to have a similar experience to the one I had there.

Easy going fixed my phone quick and best price

Dropped my Laptop off to have the hard drive changed over and computer serviced. Technician was helpful and responsive and gave me back my computer in brand new condition, very happy with service.
