Livefast Cafe
Probably the best restaurant in Halls Gap. Scrambled eggs and pancakes were good. You could tell they tried to go an extra mile to differentiate their brunch menu (like whiskey whip cream and fruit loaf). Service was great. Everyone we met there was smiling. One star off just because coffee was a tad too bland for me.

Omg you have to try Cynthia’s muffins with corn. Totally amazing - moist,dense with the slightest hint of corn with coconut and white chocolate. They are delicious - wasn’t sure about corn in muffins. But now I am their number one fan - try it. You will be amazed. Food (by Matt) and service is always great here. Thanks everyone.

Ticks all the boxesGreat place, amazing team, and fantastic food. Had my best ever Eggs Benedict here, and the sweet potato chips was fabulous as well. The chicken burger and barramundi were very nice too. The smiling friendly faces serving enhanced the experience even further. Awesome experience and definitely recommended.

Visited Halls Gap for a weekend and my partner and I went to this cafe twice. The cafe opened early, 7am which was really good for people who would like to make the most out of their day. On the first visit, I had their scrambled eggs with extra bacon and mushrooms and the Apple Carrot Ginger juice. It was really filling, didn't have to eat again till late afternoon. The eggs were nice and fluffy and not overcooked, just how scrambled eggs should be. Crispy bacon (which I love) and really flavourful mushrooms. The next morning, I tried their hotcakes. Love the variety of fruit included and it wasn't too sweet and again very filling. The special chilli hot chocolate they had on special, definitely delivered a kick. Service was really friendly and food arrived in a timely manner on both days. I would suggest coming earlier as this place gets packed the later the day is. We would definitely eat here again when visiting Halls Gap.

My fave cafe in the Grampians. Located in a cosy corner with both indoor and outdoor seating, they serve all-day breakfast and great coffee. I also tried their salted caramel coffee which was really enjoyable.

Great food, has a lot of vegan / gluten free options that are tasty. Kids food was delish and large portions for the price. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

A great cafe for breakfast/ brunch or lunch. The cafe has such a warm, comfortable environment. The food was delicous - so flavourful. There were lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The service was very friendly and efficient. We didn't wait very long for our food. On the pricey side, about $20 - 30 per person which was the only down side. However, a lovely treat for a relaxing get away!

Delicious food and freshly made! We had the oats, brekkie burger, smashed avo and the kids waffles, all amazing. Highly recommend a visit if you're in Halls Gap.

Specifically asked for a large coffee, was given a regular. And they wanted to charge extra when they realised they stuffed up… not good enough. Picked up some sweets, overpriced but decent quality.
