Got a trolley did around a $300 shop getting the specials to get to the front end with no staff on. It’s all 100% self serve. Tried to ring them to give them a serve but no answer. Nope uh uh if they don’t want to provide any service whatsoever I go to Aldi or Woolies and get cheaper groceries. Ended up at Woolies and they still had manned check outs. $300 lost sales and lost customer.

Have always loved shopping at Coles but this time the brown lady working there with the pink shirt and curly hair her name as 'MUTIN OR SUBIN' something like that was really rude to me. She needs to learn work ethics if the customer service is not good then the good looking store is not gonna give anyone anything at all. I'm never gonna visit this Coles ever again. This one star is just because of her.!

The customer service team here leave alot to be desired maybe retraining is in order. Grumpy old fart. Shop has undertaken an upgrade wider aisle. Bakery is here. Meat also and seafood. Produce is hit and miss. Doesn't help that staff seem like they would rather be anywhere else. Disabled trolley availability would be great also.

Absolutely love the new Coles store at Midland. It’s large and well laid out. Lighting is great. Variety of food available is always good and the staff are always helpful. Their Bakery is always well stocked and great quality! They make the best Hot Cross Buns here by far!

It's a nice shop, but it takes forever to go through the checkouts. Why, there is always a long queue with not enough staff to man the checkouts. Tried the selfserve checkout and had to wait for a overworked staff member to help us. Not good enough Mr Coles. Unfortunately not an isolated problem.

This call store has moved to the brand-new refurbished section of the Midland gate shopping centre with a brand-new Leo very easy to shop in in the staff are always helpful.They always have a good range of vegetarian and vegan option foods which is getting more handy for people going that way.Very well presented shop and friendly staff

There is usually only 1 person on the checkout whether there in 1 person or 10 people waiting. Have started shopping at woollies midland, prefer coles products but can’t deal with the lack of service so Woollies it is.
