I have seen 3 doctors since we moved here a few months ago.Dr Lin, Dr Su su, and today Dr Khin.All three doctors have been thorough and explained things clearly to me so I understand. The 3 times I have been, it has not been congested and I haven't waited long before being seen. Reception is friendly. Bulk billing for me middle agedm. Im so happy I have a doctor close to home that I trust in. Thankyou all

The clinic is amazing. We go to Dr. Su and Dr. Lin looks after my boys. And they both are amazing. Dr. Lin looked after our little one recently, and he always did a thorough checkup and never rushed us out, even though we had to see him so many times during the course of that treatment. Would highly recommend the clinic and the doctors.

The receptionist with short bob cut hair wearing glasses was extremely rude to me, she wasn’t patient and when I spelt my name out to her she waved her hand in my face and told me I was rude,I had only told the spelling of my name as people don’t know how to spell it .

I went in at 10:45am for my appointment at 11:00am. Spoke to the receptionist who said she had checked me in and gave me a face mask. I waited till 11:25am and asked the receptionist how long it would. The receptionist was confused and asked if I had even checked in, I informed her I did and she told me to sit down after. She then notified the doctor with no apology. I waited till 11:41am for my doctors appointment. The doctor apologised for the delay.

I have seen Dr Jo as a walk in , He is very kind and considerate and provided with good care and suggestions the nurse who treated me following the appointment is the angel. One of the best doctors - GPs around the area. Thank you both of you.

Bracken Ridge Medical Centre
We see DR SU Htwe regularly. She is fabulous. Have also seen other Drs in the practice when Dr Su Su was not available. Highly recommend.
