Loving Rover Pet Products!With so many escaped/lost pets i see each day on social media, it’s not only upsetting but concerning to see the great lengths kind people go through trying to locate the owners. Knowing that sometimes accidents do happen, I wanted to make sure my little Sophie has the best chance for a speedy return home.I purchased the “ Get Home Safe” personalised collar and matching lead, I couldn’t be happier with how beautiful they look and how clear her name and my phone number are, really standing out with the bright pink collar and contrasting blue embroidery. Ohh and i had some some little extra purple paw prints added just for cuteness.The lead is a great length and comfortable to hold while walking. The quality is superb and sturdy, definitely no fears of breaking or wearing down.A huge plus for me is Aussie owned, Aussie made from Aussie materials!I also got some delicious goodies from Lulu’s Kitchen of Shark cartilage chews, a Marrow bone and some Beef meal topper. Definitely no fussiness from my cavoodle Sophie when chowing down on these treats.It’s great to know exactly what is in these treats and comforting to know it’s all natural with no added nasties.10 out of 10 from Sophie and me

I have the worlds fussiest pup. Every treat we buy him he disregards as if he's a teenager being asked to unpack the dishwasher.Today we got the maple bacon marrow bones. He has treated this bone as if it's his best friend and is the first bone he has actually eaten. 1 hour later and there is only a quarter left.He's now just had the zoomie zooms up and down the hallway (that marrow high) and now snoozing happily with his bone safely tucked under his little paw.I think we've found his one true love.

I am a puppy raiser and temp carer for service dogs and have brought off Rover pet products 24 times. I’ve brought the double handle leads which I find so comfortable in hand and makes it easy for dog control. I’ve brought all the puppies who have stayed with me a name collars in different colours, it makes for easy identification. I also have brought many Martingales and have had compliments on how good they look and how good they release after pulling up. I have a 3 year old groodle named Montgomery that has a lot of allergies to both food and environmental factors. I have switched him to a well balanced raw diet to assist with his gut issues but was finding that because he was eating so quickly he tummy wasn’t able to process it properly and he was doing really smelly burps. I had tried other slow feeders before but because he is a large dog, none of them were big enough to hold the amount of food he ate and therefore he was still having the tummy issues. I had a lovely chat with Bryan through their website online chat option, he responded so quickly and was very patient with me, listened to all my issues and recommended the honeycomb e-bowl.Once ordered, the package was shipped out to me so quickly and came with such adorable packaging.I have bought many products from rover before and I always continue to come back to their website because the customer service really is exceptional!Thanks for all your help Bryan Montgomery would love to give you a big slobbery kiss if he ever gets to meet you in person.

I recently bought a custom embroidered lead for my puppy (XL Aqua Lead in black with rainbow lettering, as pictured). From start to finish the transaction was a breeze - it was easy to mix and match in the customisation menu, customer service was quick to reply when I had a query, and the product arrived intact and beautifully presented after only a few days.The lead itself is good quality too - sturdy enough to withstand a bit of pulling/chewing/water contact, while still having a soft enough handle to make it comfortable to hold. All in all it's a very distinctive lead that looks as well as feels good, and I can't wait to get a matching collar when my pup is fully grown!
