I bought a Bexly 9 E-scooter through Twelve Board Store. The entire team there was tremendous in helping me select the commuter scooter that was right for me. From sales and customer service, through to support when I've had the odd issue or question, the team has really gone above and beyond and I'd definitely trust them to look after me into the future for any future purchases. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Great service, a shop that not just say they know they actually know and give great advice. Tailored not only for Australia's small resorts but also a tailored to overseas mountains and snow, they have larger technical and powder boards when others are just waiting on shipments to arrive from overseas. Couldn't recommend enough.

The guys at Twelve Boards are absolutely amazing.I am in my 40s, and never ridden a skateboard in my life, they were unbelievably helpful going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed (information and necessities)After being a former retail shop owner myself, I really appreciate good old-fashioned customer service in which they go above and beyond.I would give them 5 stars across-the-board from friendly and helpful staff, before and after sales service and fast shippingGood work guys.

Jamie answered our questions after office hours. He then sorted out the issue with PayPal the next morning. Jamie kept us updated throughout the whole process. After having trouble sourcing the e-skateboard board I wanted locally in Perth, I looked online where I found this shop. Twelve Board Store had the board I wanted and at the best price I had seen. Shipping was fast and free, and the communication and service from staff has been brilliant. They clearly have a passion for what they do. Great work!

Just wanted to reach out and thank all the team at Twelve Board Store. These guys stock amazing gear, weather that be Snowboards, Skateboards, Clothing and all the other great stuff they have. I purchased a very limited edition Skateboard deck from them and the customer service was amazing. Deck was shipped to me interstate and it was packed with care and it arrived not only in perfect condition but in amazing time. If you are looking for anything to do with the snow or skateboarding then do yourself a favour and hit these guys up, they’re are absolute Legends with endless amounts of knowledge.Thanks Twelve Board Store for everything.

Had awesome service from Frosty and Rad when I upgraded my snowboard. Absolutely no pressure when I went in originally and found myself back there a few days later as confident they had the best price for my Warpig and other gear.The guys were super knowledgeable and never felt rushed to buy, also they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need.Thanks Frosty, great shop and crew!
