Very bad experience from this Store, I will never shop at this store again. Staff are just sitting there playing on there phones and no one coming to solve my problems . Very disappointing. I’ll be going else where to make my purchases.

It's a JB store so not much to say. My only feedback is, maybe staff should stop chatting to each other while you're being served. It highlights that the customer is only a transaction. You can still make millions in profit and provide a great experience. This has happened at a number of stores, appears to be the culture of JB.

Usual electronic store. You can find tvs, laptops and all sort of gadgets including video games. Good thing, they match pricing from other stores,they give a separate copy to cover gift guarantees and exchange. This helps leave gift receipt with no price but an option for them to exchange. Wonderful.

Very helpful and professional staff. Plenty of parking available right in front of the store.It’s very conveniently located off Old Geelong Road.Most of the time they have in stock what I’m looking for. Show them a cheaper price and they happily match it.

Totally Hopeless service waited for 30 mins every one pretending to call someone to help but no one turns up to help. Went to cash counter to ask help lady at counter made facial expression why ur asking help….never ever visiting this store again..avoids this store if u can pretty disappointing on JB Hi-Fi part.
